Welcome to Eternal Odyssey. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Eternal Odyssey website, game servers, client software, and payment systems (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use.
To access the Services, you must create a unique account. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or have explicit parental/guardian consent if you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (account name and password) and for any activity originating from your account. Sharing accounts is strictly at your own risk.
Eternal Odyssey offers virtual goods and a virtual currency known as "Premium Points". Premium Points are strictly virtual, digital items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for real-world fiat currency, tangible goods, or services outside of the official Eternal Odyssey store. All Premium Points are consumed instantly upon purchase or store checkout, and do not represent a deposit or property of the player.
All purchases of Premium Points made via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized payment processors are final and **strictly non-refundable**. By completing a transaction, you explicitly authorize the charge and acknowledge that the digital goods are delivered instantly.
Your right to use our Services is strictly conditioned on your compliance with the official **EO Rules**. Violations—including but not limited to racism, homophobia, extreme harassment, botting, bug exploitation, or system manipulation—will result in severe penalties, including character deletion or permanent account ban. If your account is banned or suspended due to rule violations, you forfeit any remaining Premium Points and are not entitled to a refund or compensation.
Eternal Odyssey operates custom, fan-made servers. We strive to maintain continuous service, but we do not guarantee 100% server uptime. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, patches, or security audits. Furthermore, we reserve the right to balance game mechanics, modify virtual items, adjust vocations, or nerf/buff server variables at any time for the longevity and health of the community. Such adjustments are normal for online game management and do not constitute grounds for any refunds.
Eternal Odyssey is an independent, fan-operated custom OpenTibia server. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or associated in any capacity with CipSoft GmbH, Tibia, or any of its subsidiaries. All custom artwork, lore, and programming belong to their respective creators.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the **Republic of Panama**, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any legal action or arbitration arising under this Agreement shall be resolved solely in the competent courts located in Panama City, Republic of Panama.
